Eagle Group NE offers injection molding and liquid resin casting of parts for the fabrication of custom components We are experienced in molding silicone, epoxy, acrylic and urethane resins to Customers’ specification and drawings. Applications and uses of parts include microwave, medical, telecommunication, subassemblies and components.

Injection molding offers a lower cost of manufacturing and shorter lead times than the traditional machining of microwave terminations, loads, attenuators and other complex parts. With a proven manufacturing process for high volume, Eagle Group NE will manufacture your parts using your current supplier’s RAM or we may be able to offer an alternative.
